Benoit
F. Laurin, Eng. PA LEED
President and CEO
A McGill University graduate
(1981) and member of the Quebec
Order of Engineers since 1984, Benoit Laurin founded Devlor
in 1986. At the beginning of his career, Benoit worked in North Africa and Mexico for four
years before returning to Quebec to create his own company.
He has profound knowledge of numerous construction techniques
and has developed cutting edge expertise in computer applications for constrution. Moreover, he is an active member of the Association patronale des entreprises en construction du Québec (APECQ), of which he was president in 2002-2003. He is also a member of the Corporation des entrepreneurs généraux du Québec (CEGQ) and of the Comité pour l'innovation, founded in 2004 under an initiative of the Centre d'études et de recherches pour l'avancement de la contruction au Québec (CERACQ). He is a cooperant member of the Board of Administration of Ingénieurs Sans Frontières Québec and président of Surf des Neiges Québec (SNQ) |

Yanick
Dumesnil, ENG. PA LEED*
Project Director
An École de Technologie Supérieure graduate (1995) and member of the Quebec Order of Engineers, Yanick has some ten years of experience in managing projects. He joined the Devlor team in 2001 and has since been instrumental in seeing Devlor's clients and his colleagues benefit from his estimation and computer skills. He is a gifted individual and always at the very forefront of new technologies. Yanick is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Association patronale des entreprises en construction du Québec (APECQ).

Luc
Giasson
Project Director
Luc holds a DCS in Architecture, a certificate in Construction Management and he has also studied structural engineering at the École de Technologie Supérieure (1985). Upon his arrival at Devlor, with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry under his belt, he was entrusted with the management of projects, from desing all the way to the job site, where he continues to excel.

Stéphane
Dufresne,
B.Sc., PA LEED
Project Manager
A graduate of Architectural Design Science and a holder of Masters in Architecture specialising in Building Systems from Université de Montréal (2002). Stéphane joined the Devlor team in 2004. He works closely with project directors to ensure effective mangement of projects.

| Robert Danis
Superintendent
Robert has been handling projects for Devlor since 2005, mainly in the Tremblant region as a superintendent and mainly for the Baltic Spa Project and the Habitations du Ruisseau Noir. He has amassed over 20 years of experience in the industry and specifically in that region which is not always conducive to construction. |

Yvan Plouffe
Superintendent
Yvan has been a superintendent for Devlor since the very first years of the company's operations. He joined in 1988 and has since contributed to Devlor's reputation of excellence through his excellent multitasking ability and his maual skills.

Pierre Boisvert
Superintendent
Pierre has been a Devlor superindentend since 2008, bringing over 20 years of experience in the trade. His years in the industry are bolstered by the knowledge transmitted to him by his father, who plied the same and thanks to whom our projects are brought efficiently into fruition. |

Stéphane Gauthier
Carpenter
Stéphane has been a Devlor since 2006. The son of
Mr. Jean-Pierre Gauthier, who worked for us until 2008, he possesses the same manual abilities and is just as conscientious, which will ensure great results.

Jacques Salvas
Controller
Jacques has great experience in company accounting and finance. With over 28 years of pertinent experience in the construction industry and vast knowledge of related financial aspects (financing packages, costing, budgets, expense management, cost control, procurement, etc.) Jacques is a true asset to management. He is the keeper of our company values, on whom Devlor can count to ensure its financial health. |

Hélène Bernier
Administrative Assistant
Hélène has been an administrative assistant since 1999. She first provided project management support, and since 2007, Hélène has been assisting Mr. Salvas, the controller, in accounting tasks which she carries out meticulously.

Julie Lamothe
Administrative Assistant
Julie joined Devlor in 2008 to provide administrative support. Moreover she can always be counted on to help the project team, thanks to her unyielding support and multitasking abilities.
