When I founded Devlor in 1986, I was achieving a long-held
dream: building buildings and building living units.
My background in engineering was very useful in developing a
better understanding of the process of designing buildings. It
also helped me develop thorough knowledge of the range of construction
methods. My keen interest in computers has led me to develop cutting-edge
expertise in computer applications related to construction.
In fact, these programs have helped me prepare for becoming the
builder that I wanted to be. I like the challenge offered by building
from the lot up to turnkey delivery to the owner.
In order to meet this challenge, I have brought together a team
of men and women who share the same passion and vision. We work
as a team to offer our customers construction methods and approaches
that genuinely respond to their needs and expectations.
All of our business dealings are based on undeviating core principles
of drive, entrepreneurship, value plus, leadership, organization,
